Birthday Gifts Wishlist

Hello, lovelies!

How are you doing? Today I leave you with something a bit egocentric: my birthday gifts wishlist. My birthday is coming up in 10 days and I must admit: I love my birthday! Not because I get presents (who doesn’t like that, though) but because I just generally like the day. It is usually quite warm, which feels very nice after so many months of cold and rain, daisies (my favourite flowers) start to appear and I get to at least talk to all my loved ones 🙂

One of the reasons why I am posting this is because my family reads my blog – this way, I avoid having to tell them all want I want for my birthday. Also, I believe these are all great products so I also wanted to share them with you. Either if you have someone’s birthday coming up or just feel like spending a little money on yourself, I think you might find some ideas here.

I have to be realistic, though: this list is my dream list, there is no way I am getting all of this (some things here are a quite pricey and there are a lot of things on this list). But it is my birthday and a girl can dream, right? 😉

Who doesn’t love a Michael Kors bag? This is my favourite, the Jet Set Travel Saffiano Leather Top-Zip Tote (phew! What a long name!), in the colour ‘Ballet’. I have always wanted a nude bag, my bags always have to have a zip and, of course, I have always dreamt of owning a Michael Kors, so this is the perfect one for me! I know I will not get this for my birthday, but it will always be on my list ❤

I fell in love with this trench coat the minute I laid eyes on it! It is so stylish and trendy, the cut is classic, yet modern, I love the colour… Ugh! It is simply perfect! ❤ It is also quite pricey, that is why I have not bought it myself and put it on this list instead 😉

Again, this dress is gorgeous! I do not wear dresses often but I would definitely wear this one. I think it is one of those pieces that are timeless – you can wear it today or in 20 years and look great in either one. Also, this is the suited shape for my body type: it accentuates the waist and falls perfectly around the bottom half of the body.

It does not have to be this specific skirt, one very similar will do. This was the only brand where I could find one like it, though… I want a black skirt that is full, midi, pleated and black. I found one like that on Mango’s online sales but they sold out so quickly that I did not get the chance to put my hands on it 😦

I need black, heeled sandals. Okay, I don’t need them… But I need them, you know what I mean 😛 And I want ones that are easy to walk in all day long but still look stylish and kind of ‘grown-up’. I think these meet the brief perfectly and would look gorgeous on my feet 😉

I also ‘need’ some tan/camel, heeled sandals. The ones I currently own are very old (I have had them for 8 years) and are starting to look bad, kind of falling apart. I think these would be great substitutes for the ones I own since they are beautiful (at least I think so) and it would be quite easy to walk in them all day long since the heel is quite chunky and not that high.

I would love to own a Clarisonic! I have been wanting one ever since they came out but they are way too expensive for me to splurge on them. That being said, one of these little devices would be lovely 🙂

I also need everything in my skincare routine, since I am running out of every single product (except for the serum but, considering how much I depend on it, I think I will run out pretty soon).  And these are all great products that you can get for a great price as well!

I ran out of my L’Oreal True Match foundation last December and still have not been able to repurchase it. I have also been wanting the Naked Skin Concealer ever since it came out and I happen to be running low on my current concealer. (For the foundation, I am the shade D3/W3 Golden Beige; for the concealer, it is the ‘Medium Light Neutral’.)

I have been wanting a YSL lipstick for as long as I can remember. I have seen a friend of mine buy quite a few of them but I never did because, honestly, I find it hard to spend that much money on a lipstick. But I will have to get my hands on one of these new Rouge Volupte Shine Oil-in-Stick lippies because this is my formula, the one I absolutely love! A gorgeous, luxurious lipstick that leaves a great amount of colour on your lips while keeping them shiny and moisturised all day long… Heaven! The hard thing to do will be choose the colour I want 😛

I have also wanted this lipgloss ever since it came out. It is by Fleur De Force – my favourite youtuber (if you don’t know her, check out her channel here, you will not regret it!) – and it is a gorgeous mauve-nude colour, like ‘your lips but better’. I have seen it on her and the colour pay-off is incredible!
