Evening Smokey Eye

How are you doing? I finally got around to experiment with my Sleek palette today and ever since I got it I’ve had this look in mind that I wanted to try. So that’s what happened today and I really loved the way it turned out 🙂 (for some reason, the camera wasn’t picking it up properly, looked much better in person).

This is what I’ve used to create this look (I also used this black pencil by Bourjois that I totally forgot to include in the first picture!).

I started by priming my eyes with Urban Decay’s Primer Potion and then it began! I went in with Cappuccino all over the crease, followed that with Bark (really focusing on the crease), then I went in with Regal on the outer part of the crease, applied Mineral Earth on the lid and finished with Noir on the outer corner of the eye. After that, I drew my winged liner and applied my favourite mascara.

On the lower lash line, I first applied Bark all over it and then I went in with Noir, focusing it on the outer part of the eye. To complete the eye look I applied the black pencil I was talking about to my waterline and topped it off with mascara.

The lipstick combination I’m wearing is, of course, my Crazy Rumors’ Black Cherry lip balm and a new favourite, MAC’s Twig lipstick!
